Whistleblowing

The Company has promptly observed the provisions of Italian Legislative Decree no. 24 of 10 March 2023, which transposes EU Directive 2019/1937 regarding the protection of people that report violations of Union law.
In particular, it has adopted a procedure aimed at combating and preventing illicit behaviour within the organisation, and set up an internal channel for the reporting of detrimental conduct by parties that come across such forms of conduct in their working activities.
